3. Products and Pricing

We sell collectible PA fishing license holder buttons representing various license years. All product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices include shipping within the United States. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, though any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Product Availability: We make every effort to ensure product availability. However, products may occasionally be out of stock or discontinued. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

Product Images: We strive to display accurate colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colors of our products.

4. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Payment Security: We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment information during transmission.

Order Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all order information, including shipping address and CID numbers, is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: Shipping is included in the price of all products. We ship to addresses within the United States via USPS.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Personalized buttons (those with CID numbers) may require additional processing time.

Delivery: Delivery times vary based on your location. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. CID Number Usage

What is a CID: CID (Customer ID Number) is your Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission customer identification number, formatted as XXX-XXX-XXX (nine digits with dashes).

CID Requirement: For buttons representing license years 2014-2022, you must provide your valid CID number. This number will be printed on your button to personalize it with your license information.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for providing accurate CID information. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect CID numbers you provide.

CID Verification: We do not verify CID numbers with the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission. By providing a CID, you represent that it is your valid customer ID number.

Privacy: We use your CID number only for the purpose of creating your personalized button. See our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle your data.

7. Returns and Refunds

Personalized Products: Due to the personalized nature of buttons with CID numbers printed on them, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Personalized Products: For buttons without CID numbers, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at pjcalkins2229@gmail.com. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Outdoor Aim or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

Our button designs are inspired by Pennsylvania fishing license history and are original works created by us. They are not official Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission products.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTDOOR AIM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Our products are collectible buttons and are not official Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission merchandise. They do not serve as valid fishing licenses or license holders.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
